Dale Fredrikson is a missionary kid, born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. His life hasn’t been easy, but it’s taught him (the hard way) to believe profoundly in truth — the truth of the gospel, of the Lordship of Christ and His humanity, of the reality of both hope and love and beauty, and of the Enemy’s insane commitment to shout those things down if he can. Dale is a graduate of Oak Hills Bible College, and has spent 20 years working in industry as an engineer and businessman. He lives in Robbinsdale with his wife Bobie and their two kids, Katie and Sam. He served as the Senior Pastor of The Well Church for 6½ years, and the passion he carries comes through in his preaching and teaching. He is now the Congregational Pastor for TCJHOP.

Wendy Terry came to ministry through the side door, as God led her from the full-time teaching of college students over 15 years ago to work with a series of non-profit organizations. She has been ministering in administrative and teaching roles within the congregation since 2008, and now expanding to oversee all the community-building activities within the congregation of TCJHOP. Her passion is building connections between people, in order to build a community of mutual support and encouragement. Much of her passion is currently used to build the community in her family home in Crystal: she and her husband, Peter, have four children.
